Zero Tolerance
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Police officers will be working inside and outside of the event, and all narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible, and make smart choices.
Security & Entry
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Totem Guidelines
Maximum height is 10 feet. Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g., foam, PVC / no solid metal). Collapsible/telescoping camera extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate). PVC, light wood or aluminum poles must be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter. Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security. Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry. Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed. Totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted. Please keep it PLUR.
GUIDE FAQ
Do you need both a festival ticket and camping pass to camp or enter the campgrounds?
To enter Starbase camp, you must: be 18+, be wearing your 2-day festival wristband (purchased separately), and have your camping pass in hand. If your festival and/or camping passes are being held at Will Call, you must first visit the off-site box office and present your order number, credit card, and photo ID to pick them up.
Will there be parking for non-campers?
Yes, there will be a remote day parking lot for a fee.

Are tickets expected to sell out?
There is always a chance that the event will sell out, in which case no more tickets will be sold. Get your tickets now—we want to make sure you don’t miss out!
What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?
Credit and debit cards are accepted.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?
Tickets are limited to four (4) per person for Tent Camping and up to eight (8) for those that are Car and RV Camping.
Should I receive a confirmation email for my purchase?
You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk folder), please contact Front Gate Tickets.
What if I purchased tickets but my card hasn’t been charged yet?
Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact Front Gate Tickets.
I ordered my tickets to be shipped to me. When will I receive them?
Tickets will begin shipping closer to the event. If you have not received your tickets within one week of the event, please contact Front Gate Tickets.
How can I avoid ticket fraud?
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Front Gate. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.
CAMPING GUIDELINES
Alcohol
You must be 21+ to consume alcohol in the campground.
If entering with alcohol, you must present government-issued identification. Law enforcement will frequent the campground and randomly card campers seen drinking alcohol. Underage drinkers risk receiving a citation or even being arrested. 21+ campers are advised to carry their government-issued identification AT ALL TIMES.
Acceptable: 1 case of Beer/Seltzers, wine & 1.75 liter of Liquor (NO GLASS) per person
Prohibited: No glass of any kind
Safety
For your safety, sleeping in parked vehicles is prohibited, with the exception of RV camping.
The campground will be fully staffed by our Ground Control team, as well as medical and security personnel, 24 hours a day.
We will also offer shade structures, free filtered drinking water refill stations.
Please take care of your valuables. Neither Insomniac nor the venue is responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Campers are expected to be courteous to one another, as well as to event staff. The campground is shared space, and these are your neighbors for the next few days! Please do your part in making this an incredible weekend for everyone. If a guest participating in any of the following behavior is uncooperative or a persistent offender, they will be removed from the festival site. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.
By entering the campground, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:
All campers must be 18 or older, verified by government-issued ID.
All campers must have a festival ticket.
All campers must wear their camping wristband (acquired at check-in).
Campers consuming alcohol must be 21 or older, verified by valid photo ID, which may be randomly checked at any time.
All campers must be packed and vacated from the campground by 3pm on Sunday April 27th.
No vehicle movement will be permitted once parked.
Prohibited items confiscated at entry or during the event will NOT be returned. Please don’t bring prohibited items!
